For an unregistered instance, or an offline instance:

First Download nuxeo-cmis-sync-10.10.0-SNAPSHOT.zip, then

$NUXEO_HOME/bin/nuxeoctl mp-install /path/to/nuxeo-cmis-sync-10.10.0-SNAPSHOT.zip
