Main correction(s) provided

• Change on delete blob action to only be available on Write permission.
• The Thumbnail export icon uses a picture icon.
• Non idempotent work are marked as such.
• The list of Marketplace packages in the Update Center can be expanded.
• pdf.js is upgraded to support more PDF functions and printing with Chrome.
• DirectEdit button is only visible with the Write permission.
• PictureViewsGenerationWork is marked as non idempotent.
• A lazy stored rendition is correctly downloaded from S3 DirectDownload since the first time.
• The Browse your distribution tab in Platform explorer is correctly displayed.
