• The operation 'UserGroup.Suggestion' returns all users if the search term is empty.
• The document creation form starts at the top when opened in Web UI.
• The Tags Migrator handles null document Ids to avoid an IllegalArgumentException during tag migration.
• Quick search results can be opened when accessing Web UI from a mobile browser.

Improvement(s)

• The form validation scrolls to the first field with a validation error.
• HTTP 403 is returned when a user cannot untrash.
