Main corrections provided: * Fix Oracle connection failure on many quick directory open/close * Fix Html5 DragnDrop dialog, randomly stuck waiting forever for files to be uploaded * Fix line breaks ajax rerender on textarea widget * Fix thumbnails generation with DAM Picture import when filename contains accentued characters * Fix failure when searching for proxies with STARTSWITH on Oracle * Fix merge of translateEmptySentence and emptySentence on content view Upgrade note: This hotfix is shipped with a new configuration parameter that allows to globally disable search on proxies (the clause will be applied on any NXQL query).
