Main correction(s) provided

• The H2 embeddable database was upgraded from 2.1.214 to 2.2.224.

Task(s)

• Use BlobProvider implementation instead of BinaryManager. Default implementation have changed for Azure, Google Storage and GridFS.

Improvement(s)

• URLBlob now implements getLength() method
• S3SetBlobLengthAction now works with S3BlobProvider
• recomputeViews processing can be split in two streams: user ongoing and background activities.
