Main correction(s) provided

• GridFS Blob Store's delete method is idempotent
• LibreOffice was upgraded to 7.5.8 in the Docker image.
• The org.quartz-scheduler:quartz library was upgraded to 2.4.0-rc2.
• Re-uploading a blob which exists in the s3 buckets with Glacier Flexible Retrieval storage class overwrites it and turns its storage class into standard/default class
• Command line conversion temporary files are now deleted correctly.
• The elastic scroll keepalive duration uses the correct unit.

New Feature(s)

• A new GridFS Blob Provider that supports the new Full GC implementation is available
• Management endpoints for long administratives tasks are now exclusive

Task(s)

• New orphaned blob garbage collection implementation is now enabled for environment with shared storage but with mono-repository only

Improvement(s)

• Nashorn javascript compilation has been tuned
