Hotfix installation

Main correction(s) provided

• The "Saved searches" dropdown opens under the Search Filters input field even when it contains searches with long names.
• nuxeo-directory-suggestion for a boolean value works with saved searches.
• nuxeo-tag elements are fully displayed in data-table-cell.
• nuxeo-data-table-column takes into account the width attribute.
• Spreadsheet editor handles Document fields.
• BlobExtractor now also extracts a path added with dynamic facets
• Nuxeo Stream starts correctly woth GridFS.
• NXQL page provider now works when org.nuxeo.web.ui.pageprovider.method is set to POST
• A proxyRemoved event is fired on the working copy when a proxy is removed from Nuxeo.
• The "Document updated" (documentModified) event is no longer audited if document was not dirty

Improvement(s)

• There is a new Management endpoint to run binary fulltext extraction
