Main correction(s) provided

• The error is handled if an upload contains a folder.
• Race condition is avoided when reading Work state from KV store.
• Concurrent Elasticsearch index initialization is managed.
• ACLs are set in an unrestricted fashion when applying structure templates
• DocumentNotFound exception message always includes the doc id.
• Bulk computation are now resilient to corrupted documents
• Setting an empty string to other type than string in REST API will behave like null
• setProperties Bulk action handles constraint violations.

Improvement(s)

• Start date must be different from end date when creating permissions.
• The retry delay has been increased to handle when elastic is overloaded.
